Aromatherapy Hot Stone Massage

Create space in your busy schedule for some well-deserved me time with an aromatherapy massage.
Aromatherapy massage relaxes the mind, body and soul. Set within the tranquil Cotswolds, aromatherapy massage lifts tension and relieves stress, bringing relief to aching muscles and tired minds.
Your first session will begin with a relaxed initial consultation to establish your general health, wellbeing and medical history. We will discuss your lifestyle and what you want to achieve through your specialised session.
A selection of therapeutic essential oils will then be specially blended depending on your mental and physical state. These plant-based fragrant oils will then be applied via a soothing massage, lessening muscle tensions and soothing the mind, and letting the aromas uplift and boost your mood.
Hot stones are used during aromatherapy massage; the application of heated volcanic basalt stone to key points of the body gives a deep massage, creating a sensation of comfort and warmth. The direct heat of the stones penetrates and relaxes tight muscles and allows greater manipulation and intensity to the massage.

Dru Yoga Therapy

Yoga as a therapy uses multidimensional techniques to improve posture and breathing, thereby alleviating many chronic conditions such as: - lower back, shoulder, neck pain and general discomfort through inflexibility.  Lifestyle and Relaxation techniques also helps with symptoms of stress such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, High Blood Pressure, Insomnia, Anxiety and mild Depression.


As with Aromatherapy, Yoga Therapy begins with an initial consultation and physical assessment.  A tailor made prescription of movement, breathing and relaxation techniques is designed to suit the needs of the individual, taking into account the amount of time the client has available to integrate this practice into their daily routine.
